A new chapter begins for Vietnamese professionals and students across the United States.
On Sunday, June 1, 2026, the Association of Vietnamese Professionals and Students in the United States (VPS) will officially launch VPS 2.0 — a renewed organizational vision designed to unite Vietnamese professionals, students, academic institutions, entrepreneurs, and community leaders under one collaborative ecosystem.
Hosted virtually via Zoom, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live, the launch marks a major milestone for the Vietnamese diaspora community and reflects a shared commitment to leadership, education, innovation, and civic engagement.

A New Chapter for VPS
VPS 2.0 represents more than an organizational relaunch.
It is a renewed commitment to building stronger bridges between Vietnamese professionals and students in the United States, while strengthening meaningful connections with institutions and partners in Vietnam.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, VPS exists to create long-term community value through education, professional development, mentorship, and cross-sector collaboration.

Two distinguished ambassadors will deliver remarks emphasizing the importance of the evolving U.S.–Vietnam relationship and the role of overseas Vietnamese communities in strengthening diplomatic, educational, and economic collaboration.
Strategic Program Showcase
Attendees will be introduced to VPS’s six flagship initiatives — each designed to support Vietnamese communities through education, career development, entrepreneurship, and cultural connection.
Historic MOU Announcement
A key milestone of the evening will be the announcement of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), reinforcing educational partnerships between Vietnam and the United States.
Panel Discussion
The event will conclude with a featured discussion:
“The Roles of Vietnamese Professionals and Students in Promoting the U.S.–Vietnam Strategic Partnership”
The panel will explore how Vietnamese professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, and students can contribute to stronger bilateral cooperation and long-term impact.
