As the creator of the AI World Society (AIWS), he architects political and social models, along

with foundational frameworks for ethical, human-centered governance in the AI Age —

including AIWS Government 24/7, AIWS Trust Infrastructure, AIWS Trust Order, and

AIWS Lumina.

With leaders of the Club de Madrid, he co-authored Social Contract for the AI Age (2019); with

Governor Michael S. Dukakis, he co-authored America at 250: A Beacon for the AI Age. He

established the World Leader for Peace and Security Award and earlier founded

VietNamNet, Vietnam’s pioneering digital media platform.

Through the Boston Global Forum, he convenes heads of state, Harvard and MIT scholars, and

leading AI innovators to help shape global standards for responsible AI. His work lays the

political, ethical, and institutional foundations for trustworthy AI for generations to come.
