As a proud Vietnamese professional based in Washington, DC, she builds bridges between youth, schools, and businesses through work-based learning programs that prepare a diverse, skilled talent pipeline in the U.S. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from American University and an MBA from Georgetown University, has been recognized as a Washington Business Journal Women Who Mean Business 2025 honoree, mentors AI founders through Vietnam AI Stars, serves on the board of the Association of Vietnamese Professionals and Students in the U.S. (VPS), and is a member of the Vietnam Leaders Forum (VLF), a global network of Vietnamese changemakers.
