Ionah Hang Nguyen is a business leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building companies, scaling products, and fostering community across gaming, AI, e-commerce, fintech, and the nonprofit sector.

Currently, she is Founder & CEO of Brainy Hearty, an educational board game studio where she drives every dimension of the business, spanning product design, operations, partnerships, and global market expansion. She also founded Viet Spark, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has connected and empowered Vietnamese tech professionals in the United States.

Ionah's professional foundation was built through senior roles at Amazon, where she managed large-scale product programs and vendor relationships, and at Koidra, a USDA-funded AI startup, where she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving strategic planning and go-to-market execution. Earlier in her career, she led product marketing at MoMo, Vietnam's leading fintech platform.

Ionah holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, with exchange programs at HEC Paris and Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's in International Business from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

Her work is shaped by a lived understanding of what it means to build across cultures and borders, and a genuine commitment to creating things that matter, whether that is a product, a company, or a community. As a Board Member of VSP, Ionah is leading the Business and Investment Advisory Network initiative - a platform designed to connect Vietnamese businesses with the expertise, resources, and capital needed to thrive in the U.S. market.
