Bao Luong is a Chief Financial Officer of VPS, ensuring the financial integrity, transparency, and sustainability of VPS in accordance with nonprofit best practices and legal requirements.

She is also the Founder and Owner of Greenfield & Associates in Huntington Beach, California, where she has led the firm since 2018. With a strong background in accounting, tax consulting, and financial management, she brings years of experience helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses navigate tax planning, compliance, and bookkeeping services.

Bao Luong earned her Master of Business Administration in LSU Shreveport 2020. In 2016 She earned Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from California State University, Fullerton, and became CPA eligible in 2017. Prior to launching her own firm, she gained valuable experience through roles at RSM McGladrey US LLP and KS&Co LLP CPA Firm, specializing in tax preparation, tax research, and client consulting.

She also served as a Tax Prep Volunteer and Site Coordinator for CSUF VITA, assisting low-income families with tax preparation and financial education. Her passion for community service continued through nonprofit bookkeeping and financial support roles.

Known for her leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to client success, Susan combines technical expertise with a personalized approach to financial consulting. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English and remains committed to supporting the financial growth of her clients and community.
