
Bach Le
Board Member & CTO
Bach Le is a Founding Member and Board Director of VPS, where he serves as the organization's founding engineer. He designed and built the official VPS website and established the digital infrastructure that supports VPS's growing national network, from member systems to chapter tooling and internal operational platforms.
Bach is the Director of Operations and Technology at OHOS Media, a creative studio where he leads engineering, technical strategy, and the systems that allow a small team to deliver at the level of much larger ones. As an independent software engineer and designer, he also partners with clients across art and science, museums, non-profit, marketing technology, and ecommerce. With Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, he has worked on the museum's new AI-driven collection website and the interactive exhibition Design Across Time, with additional contributions opening in a new exhibition in fall 2026. With Acordia, he develops marketing technology for partners in the Renesas and Oracle ecosystems.
His design work has been recognized at the highest levels of the creative industry. He designed the official website for Fillós do Vento: A Rapa, an immersive documentary by 100 Sutton Studios, named a 2026 Webby People's Voice Winner for Best Immersive Storytelling, nominated at the 2025 Cannes Immersive Competition, and selected for the 2026 SXSW XR Experience Spotlight.
A 2024 graduate of Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business with a major in Information Science, Bach is a Vietnamese-American engineer and designer based in Brooklyn. He sees VPS as a place where technical practice and community responsibility meet, and is committed to helping the organization build the digital foundation its national network deserves.
