Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc Trai is the Founder and Chairman of Global Integration Business Consultants

(GIBC), Chairman of Rolex Vietnam, Chairman of PRO Vietnam, and Chairman of the Science,

Technology and Innovation Advisory Council (SACSTI) at Vietnam National University Ho Chi

Minh City.

With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Trai is widely recognized as

one of Vietnam's leading business leaders in corporate transformation, sustainable

development, and global integration. Prior to founding GIBC, he served as Chairman and Chief

Executive Officer of PepsiCo Indochina. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions

at International Beverages Joint Venture (IBC), Foodexco, and SPCo Holdings.

Today, he advises leading corporations, universities, and public institutions on strategy,

innovation, sustainability, leadership development, and public-private collaboration,

contributing to Vietnam's long-term socio-economic development.
