Mary Tarnowka
Mary Tarnowka is Strategic Advisor to the Pacifico Energy Group. Mary is a former
Senior Foreign Service Officer, who served as U.S. Consul General in Ho Chi Minh
City (HCMC) from 2016-19, with prior postings as a diplomat in Taiwan, Mainland
China, India, and Korea, as well as the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. She
also served as Executive Director of AmCham Vietnam in HCMC from 2019-
2022. Prior to her career as a diplomat, she was a CPA and Tax Manager at KPMG's
San Francisco office.
