Christina Bui

Vice President of Managed Business Solutions at Robert Half and Protiviti, where I partner with private equity and venture capital firms on finance transformation, talent strategy, and transaction readiness.

With over 30 years of cross-industry experience in technology, healthcare, consulting, and financial services, I bring a distinctive blend of strategic advisory, business development, and operational leadership. I previously served as Founding Managing Partner at Cailan Ventures and Chief Revenue Officer at Kranz Consulting, and held senior leadership roles at Robert Half from 2010 to 2017 before returning in 2023.

Board service and community leadership are central to my work. I serve on the board of Son Foods and invest in and advise mission-driven companies, including Enterprise Purchasing Group, Onsky Health, Ryvid, and Moneta Network. I also sit on the global board of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Executive Board of How Women Lead, and serve as an Operating Advisor with the How Women Invest Fund. I contribute to advisory boards at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and CFO Leadership Council, and am the Founder of the Vietnamese Leaders Forum.

I am deeply committed to advancing inclusive leadership and building bridges across cultures, generations, and industries. I hold a B.A. in International Relations and French from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Johns Hopkins University. I have been honored as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times (2016 and 2017), received the SHEroes Award for Community Impact from the U.S. Pan-Asian American Chamber of Commerce (2025), and have co-chaired ACG's West Coast M&A Conference for 16 consecutive years.
